A new upcoming school year for the kids reminds me to reflect and grow and be a role model to continue to search for excitement and more chances to blossom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thai massage is the inspiration this year! In August I will be attending training in Boston for Thai Massage at Viyada Thai Spa. Thai massage is performed fully clothed on a comfortable floor mat. Thai massage involves deep, passive stretching and mindful movement guided by the practitioner. Tangentially I am currently in my course for my yoga teacher certification. I look forward to seeing what the future brings as I continue to learn, grown, and experience move of the things I already adore.
